The media could not be loaded.Love my new espresso machine its amazing and extremely easy to use.. they don’t say this but here are the steps… add water in the back plug it up remove the part that the coffee goes inside turn the machine on put the coffee in the small coffee holder not sure what its called lol… put the coffee handle holder in and press the espresso button do not walk away the coffee will not stop you need to press the espresso button to stop the flow.. when removing the cup have a spare cup because a few drips will continue falling… if you want foam do not turn off the machine just press foam button once the green light is on turn the nob on the side all the way while you have the milk ready do not let the steam hit you please be careful.. you will get foam and warm cream for the coffee…. once you remove the cup from the foam clean with a wet rag and enjoy I hope this helps because I could not figure it out for 30 min lol enjoy and have he best cup of espresso…
